The Avengers Come to DCL!

     Everyone has been talking about the revamp of the Disney Magic. Some of the hot topics I've read about are the new restaurant, Carioca’s or the Aquadunk. Although these are cool additions and I am sure will be “Disney Spectacular” I was interested in what I read recently about the re-do in the Oceanear's Club. THE AVENGERS!!
     Yep, you saw that right The Avengers are coming to the Oceanear's club! According to dclnews.com this will “be the first time the Marvel Heroes have been included on a Disney Cruise Ship.” Kids will be able to participate in Marvel's Avengers Academy which will be set up as a “high-tech command post used by The Avengers for special missions and operations training.” Included in this command post will be items from the superhero's themselves, like Iron Man's Suit and Thor's Hammer. Disney is touting this experience as a“multi-day, immersive entertainment experience where children interact with Marvel characters and unleash their inner super heroes.”
     I, for one, am pumped about this addition to the Magic. In far too many circles I hear parents wish that there were more “boy centered” characters on board. I bet there will be a lot of teenaged boys (and girls, cause lets face it the girls love super heroes too!) that will be trying to sneak into the Oceanear's Club to see this upgrade. I mean who doesn’t want a picture with Captain America or Loki? Ok, I'll admit I am probably the only girl that wants a picture with Loki, but everyone loves Mickey that is for sure, Jack Sparrow is cool, but Iron Man is Bad Apples...
